Machine Operators

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join a busy site in Rochedale. This is a very hands-on, physically demanding role suited to someone who enjoys active work and can handle repetitive laboring duties.

About the Role

You will be working within a fast-paced environment operating washing lines and conveyors to clean crates and pallets, as well as assisting with pallet repairs and general site duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating hand and power tools

• Repairing and refurbishing wooden pallets using hammers and grinders

• High-pressure washing of crates

• Operating washing lines and conveyors

• Repetitive manual handling of wooden pallets

• Quality checking finished products

• General housekeeping and maintaining a safe work area

• Light forklift duties (beneficial but not essential)

What We’re Looking For

• Must be available to work Monday to Friday 5:00am – 1:00pm

• Physically fit and able to perform intensive manual labor

• Comfortable with repetitive lifting and hands-on tasks

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Forklift license (advantage but not required)

• Reliable with a strong work ethic
